In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Midwest Off-Roading Excursion at Badlands Off-Road Park (Attica, IN) on Saturday, September 12, 2026, hosted by the Tesla Owners Club of Ohio, I acknowledge that off-road driving and riding involve inherent risks including property damage, serious bodily injury, and death.
I voluntarily assume all such risks. I release, waive, and discharge the Tesla Owners Club of Ohio, Badlands Off-Road Park, and their officers, volunteers, and members from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by Ohio and Indiana law.
I confirm my vehicle is street legal and insured, that I hold a valid driver's license, and that I will follow all park rules and event marshal instructions. I consent to being photographed and filmed at the event for club and park use. Tesla Owners Club of Ohio is an independent enthusiast club and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.
The $15 per-vehicle event registration fee covers the club's event insurance and is non-refundable.
